Our client is one of the nation’s largest electric utility companies, committed to keeping electricity safe, reliable, affordable, and clean today and in the future. They invite one speaker per quarter to address cyber-related issues, trends, and the latest tactics.
The client’s cybersecurity awareness team strives to educate and inform 25,000+ staff members about the dangers of phishing, social engineering, and sharing on social media.

The Challenge
The client’s cybersecurity awareness team initially had Rachel Tobac scheduled for an in-person presentation, but due to the pandemic, they had to unexpectedly pivot to a virtual session.

AAE helped to coordinate schedules between the speaker and the client. We also organized a practice and preparation session with the talent and AAE’s logistics team on the client’s chosen virtual platform, Microsoft Teams.
